The Interiors Offer’s Suite Spot

Something I am very passionate about and have been for a long time now is having freedom.  Freedom to say no to projects that don’t light me up, freedom to have the time I need to nurture and restore my soul, freedom to travel when and if I want to and of course financial freedom.

Introducing Scalable offers in your Business Model

When I was very much in the thick of my interiors career I introduced my online course Create your Coastal haven - which really was that lightbulb moment in my career when I realised that there is so much more out there to earning an income than trading time for money ONLY.

When you open yourself up to the possibilities of earning passive income through digital products it is an absolute game changer.  Creating a hybrid of offerings and services that mix your 1:1 consulting work with hands off offers that earn you money at any time of the day or night is the perfect recipe for building a business that supports you.  Not the other way around.  And I believe it is the way of the future for your Interiors business.

As an interior designer or stylist, your expertise is your superpower, but the way you structure your offers can either drain your energy or support you. We traditionally only trade our time for money.  An hourly rate or a project fee to create an outcome for your clients.  When you stop working the money stops coming in.  Often undercharging which can lead to resentment, overworking and losing you passion.

Creating an offer suite for your interiors business that is well crafted and blends the intimacy and impact of 1:1 consulting with the scalability of digital products is the sweet spot.

This mix allows you to serve your clients in a way that feels aligned with your values.  Taking on the projects that you are really passionate about and that you know will move the needle in your business. That project you can capture beautiful images of at the end.  And along with this comes the opportunity to increase your rates.  This will separate the clients who are coming to you for one room or low budget projects and allow you to take on less of the larger projects

When you add a digital offer into your suite, like an online course or workshop series this allows you to create the freedom in your business to grow your income without burning out.  This offer will give the clients who can’t afford your 1:1 consulting to work with you and learn how to curate your style in their home, as well as allow YOU to work with more than one person at a time.

My First Online Course

My online course Create Your Coastal Haven was initially a live course where I offered support through zoom calls for one hour a week.  Then it moved into being a self paced course with facebook support, and I would drop in a couple of times a week to answer questions.  Both of these support options did not feel overwhelming to me or take too much of my time.  In fact I looked forward to them.

So you can see that  hybrid offer suite is the key to creating a business that supports you, not the other way around.  Knowing that you have an asset in your business that you can either a) have set up as an evergreen program where you drive your leads to an email sales funnel to sell your course on autopilot or b)You ‘turn on the cash’ prior to taking time off and have a live launch for an injection of cash when and if you need it,

Meeting your Clients at every Stage of their Journey

Your offer suite should be a reflection of what feels true to you. Consider what type of work lights you up and how you want to interact with your clients. When your offers are in full alignment, selling them becomes effortless because they’re an extension of who you are.

Your offer suite should be created so that you are meeting your clients along their journey to solve a problem for them.  So you need to consider where they are when they come into your world, and how you can support them through your ecosystem of offers to either purchase your 1:1 consulting or your program.

Let me share an example of my own business:

I had built an aligned community of potential leads who loved coastal styling and in particular my coastal style.  They were asking me the same sorts of questions, tips and advice on how to emulate this look in their home.

So the course I created spoke directly to and solved the problems they were asking.  It included the details and lessons as to how to measure, curate, source products as well as tutorials to teach them how to put it all together.

I then had 4 services/offerings in my Offer suite.

  1. A free guide - How to create a cohesive coastal home.  This was a guide with 8 tips for a quick solution.

  2. I then had 2 Hour In home or Zoom Consultations to give them 1:1 advice for their homes

  3. My online program slotted into the next price bracket and solution

  4. Then finally my full turn key service.

By having this hybrid offer suite, I was able to take on less clients and only the clients and projects that lit me up as well as increase my pricing.  And when someone wanted to work with me I could guide them into my online course.

With a hybrid offer suite, you can create a business model that supports a 6-figure income while maintaining balance. By pricing your 1:1 offers at a premium and offering scalable digital products, you create multiple income streams that work together to elevate your earnings.

Building a Business that Supports YOU not the other way around

By blending 1:1 consulting with digital offers, you’re not just building a business—you’re creating a life that supports your dreams. This approach allows you to serve your clients at the highest level, create more impact, and generate the income that gives you the freedom to live life on your terms.

I love helping designers and stylists with creating their offer suites as well as knowing what to price their offers.  It’s so rewarding when they come back to me and say - they sold that offer for double the price or I hit 10k this month for the first time!

I have a free guide - The secret to a 6 figure offer suite that you can grab via the link below if you want to see my pricing guidelines for designers and stylists but also some calculations and examples for you as well.
